A collection of videos and travel tips dedicated to destinations that can be reached by sea with Delfino Verde. From Trieste to Grado and Lignano, from Sistiana and Duino to Monfalcone, as well as Porto Vecchio, Barcola, and Grignano, each stop unveils unique places, experiences, local insights, and ideas for exploring the region from a different perspective: the sea.

The Triestiner

A young and dynamic reality that aims to enhance the local community through graphic concepts. The artistic project “The Triestiner” is a tribute to the beauty of art and the spirit of Trieste, designed to help both tourists and locals rediscover the city. The project involved the collaborative development of the Delfino Verde illustration on the occasion of the launch of the new motor vessel Delfino Verde GT. The print captures the vessel docking in front of the Trieste Aquarium, where past and present meet and come together.

"The Delfino Verde is not just a vessel: it is an invitation to look at Trieste with different eyes, to love the sea a little more every day, and to be enchanted by its gentle, tireless poetry." Posters, shopping bags, calendars, and postcards have been created and are available at various points of sale in the city and on the website www.thetriestiner.it

Dementia Friendly Community

The “dementia-friendly” motor vessel has officially become part of the “Dementia Friendly Community” thanks to onboard staff training provided by the De Banfield Association of Trieste. This training has made the travel experience more accessible and enjoyable not only for people with dementia but also for frail elderly passengers. As part of the “DFC ON THE ROAD” project promoted by the Association, students have the opportunity to observe the important collaborative network among all the stakeholders involved in the Community.

A welcoming and sensitive environment helps raise awareness and support for frail elderly people within the urban context, of which maritime transport connections are an active part.

IoSonoFVG

Delfino Verde Navigazione has been granted the “IoSonoFVG” endorsement for its tourism value. The brand represents a commitment to working as a system: territory, market, and entrepreneurship are brought together to promote the sustainable tourism development of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Formazione Scuola / Lavoro con Istituto Nautico di Trieste

Delfino Verde Navigazione has a long-standing partnership with the Nautical Institute “Tomaso di Savoia Duca di Genova” in Trieste, relating to pathways for transversal skills and career orientation (PCTO). The project allows students to approach the world of work by embarking on board the motor vessels operating seasonal maritime routes. The initiative aims to reduce the gap between the education system and the labor market, aligning training with the skills and professional requirements demanded by the economic and production environment.

After graduation, the PCTO experience may lead to direct employment within the company for those who have demonstrated commitment, motivation, and attentiveness on board.
