Refund for seasonal maritime line tickets
Under Article 47, letter (m) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206, the right of withdrawal does not apply to local public transport tickets.
Therefore, Delfino Verde tickets and passes are generally non-refundable (the full text of the regulation is available on the website of the Transport Regulation Authority). At the time of purchase, customers are required to verify that the information shown on the ticket is correct, particularly with regard to the fare, route, and type of service.
Delfino Verde tickets do not expire and may also be used in the event of fare changes, regardless of the purchase channel.
The only exception concerns the round-trip ticket on the Trieste–Grado–Lignano maritime route, which must be used on the day of issue.
