Delfino Verde Navigazione S.r.l. is a family-run company founded in Trieste in 1989 by Silvano Peric.

Since 1999, it has connected Trieste to Muggia by sea, and from the early 2000s it has operated routes to Barcola, Grignano, and Sistiana, later expanding to Grado. In terms of miles covered and passengers transported, it is one of the leading operators in the region in the maritime public transport sector.

The company’s extensive experience and strong local roots provide the professionalism, expertise, and tools needed to effectively meet the needs of the territory, achieving a high level of service competitiveness.

Delfino Verde Navigazione S.r.l. has implemented an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Safety, certified by the accredited body C.E.I. Italia.

This process, which began in 2014, has continued over time through the constant improvement of practices and organizational solutions. The system is regularly subject to inspections carried out by the same certification body, including annual surveillance audits and a full review every three years.

Delfino Verde recruits maritime personnel through periodic selection processes, ensuring compliance with the principles of transparency, impartiality, and equal opportunities.

The main roles we recruit are: deckhands, seamen, Chief Engineers, and Captains holding the appropriate qualifications and certifications for embarkation.
